Aspen Grove, Inc. has an exciting addition to the Aspen iProperty® system called Teams and Roles. This new feature allows the Management Company to set up their organization to receive new work based on Geographical location or by Client.  Teams are made up of groups of people given specific Roles throughout the organization that allows you to configure the flow of your internal office system to your particular needs.  Roles will allow you to grant team members access to areas of the system based on the needs of your office.  By setting up these Teams and Roles, you can also now assign Work Orders to team members based on their role in your organization. Regions will allow you to set up your team assignments geographically – with the flexibility to be as broad as assigning by state or as granular as assigning by zip code.

 

This new combination is a vital enhancement to how you will be able to effectively manage your REO properties within the Aspen iProperty® system.
